I have worked as a journalist, a strategic communication advisor and the chief executive of a company. This gives me three different views of the same question: how a decision looks in public, how to manage it strategically, and what it means to be personally accountable for it.
Before Verba I worked at META Advisory as a strategic communication advisor and led Standard AS for three years. Earlier I was a journalist at Postimees.
